Windows 10 Import Folder
Emma Nash
Hi Mark. This is the Import directory for a DBMS, right? (Accessed by selecting the 3 dots > Open folder > Import ?) I've tested on Windows 10 and it's working OK for me. Some questions:
- Are you using the latest version of Neo4j Desktop - 1.4.8?
- Are you able to open any of the other folders (DBMS / Plugins / Logs / Configuration)? If you can open the DBMS folder, can you see a subfolder called "import"?
- Does an error message pop up?

I have a similar problem. After clicking on the 3 dots I get a message that Neo4J is trying to open a folder in my OneDrive\Documents, but nothing happens, except another similar message in my toolbar. Does Neo4J have issues with MS OneDrive storage locations? How would I fix that?
Thanks,
Ugis

Aha!!! I did not initially understand that I had to manually copy & paste the data files into that import folder. This is something you have to do in Windows - outside of Neo4J. The Neo4J browser does cause Windows to open the folder, but if you're expecting to complete the operation within Neo4J then you'll be spinning your wheels. :=)
