Hey Tomaz, is the issue you're seeing that Desktop isn't advising to you that a new version of a plugin is available for a given version of the DBMS you have installed? If you can give us a specific example of DBMS version and plugin that you have installed/can be upgraded to, that'd be super useful for us to look at.
