Good point! Currently you can see release notes of Browser and Bloom under the Help&Learn section in the app, under the Bell icon.
Is there a reason why you need it to be more exposed in Desktop specifically?

Liza Shkirando: just a convenience for the user. The websites of the graph apps are all structured differently, finding the release notes there can be challenging (if there are by chance up to date) ;-)
As you have the release notes in the app installation folder, you could provide an easy access, like there is for desktop.
